for Artful Times Challenge #68  - use some part of newspaper.

For the background I used color pigments (Bister/Bistre) and water. The shoes are stamped and colored with Distress Marker. The heart is cut out and covered with a book page and I stamped birds on it. The quote is stamped, cut and glued.

Gesso

for the Katzelkraft November Challenge and for Art Cards Challenge Blog - Bister.

I stroked Gesso on white cardstock and heat this with a Embossing dryer. The Gesso suggests bubbles, which shrink together again when cooling down. Then powdered the Bister on the card and sprayed with water.
